Built by government for government, Bookit is a cloud-based application that enables government departments and agencies to book desks and work flexibly across any site. It is available to any level of government in Victoria and also provides reporting capabilities for better collaboration and ways of working.

Intelligent Space Management: Prevents multiple bookings by an individual in the same time slot, facilitating efficient use of desk space.

Automated notifications: Set up automated notification and booking reminders via Outlook.

Advanced booking feature: Standard users can secure work spaces in advance for a period set by admins, varying from 2 to 4 weeks. Admins can create bookings up to 12 months in advance.

Interactive floor maps: Offers visual and interactive office floor maps for a clear, seamless booking experience.

Integration with VicGov Identity: Provides seamless integration with VicGov Identity for smooth and secure access management.

Real-time reporting: Provides real-time availability on desk bookings and capacity for immediate insight into workspace traffic.

Flexible workspace management: Admin users can toggle workspace availability for booking as needed, providing greater control over workspace allocation.
