Powered by Nexthink, Digital Experience Management (DEM) is an included service with Modern Desktop and Go Desktop. Using an endpoint-centric approach, DEM measures data on device and application performance, application usage, and network connectivity.
These insights are proactively used to optimise desktop services to improve the end-user computing experience.

Optimised performance through insights

Digital Experience Management (DEM) enhances the performance and user experience across Cenitex’s desktop environments through monitoring, analytics, and proactive optimisation. Utilising the Nexthink platform, DEM continuously measures:

  • device application
  • network performance
  • key metrics including login speed, application load times, system stability and network connectivity.

This data enables early identification of issues to minimise disruptions and enhance productivity.

DEM provides actionable insights through predefined dashboards and reports, including a Digital Experience (DEX) Score, device inventory, and application usage trends. Additionally, Cenitex measures the impact of updates and deployments, ensuring system changes do not degrade performance. Data is securely processed in Azure Data Lake and visualised in Snowflake-powered dashboards, with options for customised reporting to meet specific business needs. The provision of monthly reports outline key metrics and proactive actions taken, ensuring continuous improvement.
