Collab365 provides customers with the configuration, operation, end-user support and tenancy administration for Microsoft 365 workloads. The support and full administration can be delivered within the government shared tenancy or dedicated tenancy. Shared administration models are available in the dedicated tenancy, or Exchange Online administration only within a supported tenancy.

This service provides a comprehensive suite of Microsoft-based tools, specifically tailored for Victorian Government entities. These tools are designed to support a modern, agile, and productive public-sector workforce.
 
The main products and capabilities available to all end-users include Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva Engage, Forms, Microsoft 365 (Web) Apps for Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Shared Mailbox, Teams Meeting Rooms, optional Data Protective Labels, and optional Managed Licences.
 
We also offer additional features that can be configured for end-users as needed. These include Microsoft Planner, Microsoft StaffHub, Microsoft Stream, Power Apps, Power Automate, Sway, To-Do, and Whiteboard.
