Domino-End-of-Life App Hosting
This service extends the Domino platform for departments and agencies that are yet to migrate their corporate applications from the legacy Domino platform to Microsoft 365 or other delivery arrangement.
The Domino End-of-Life (EOL) App Hosting service encompasses the maintenance of the required compute platforms required for the ongoing operation of the Domino system, limited ‘break/fix’ response from the in-house technical team, backup of the Domino system and application data, and restoration of both the Domino system and application data if required.
The Domino End-of-Life Apps can continue to be accessed by end-users through their existing ‘Notes’ desktop client.
Cenitex will not provide Domino end-of-life hosting post June 2026. For those customers who require Domino hosting past this date, Cenitex can make available a copy of their Domino data for migration purposes.
What’s Included
Domino End-of-Life App Hosting provides:
- Continued hosting of existing Domino application data in the form of ‘NSF files’
- Minimal administration and management
- Standard incident and change management processes
- Regular backup of the applications and data
- Restoration of applications or data upon request from the most recent available backup
Prerequisite
- Customers taking up this service must be an existing customer of Domino services before 1 July 2024
